宁波市镇海乾宝通信管道设施铸造厂，是专业生产各种规格铸铁人孔、手孔铁盖、地下PE通信塑料管生产基地，是宁波市电信局定点厂家，占地面积8000平方米，厂房面积5000平方米，座落在宁镇公路旁，镇海电厂西侧。
乾宝通信自1992年创业以来，以注重企业形象、升华产品质量，优化售后服务为基点，强化品牌意识，着重科技开发。目前公司已投入大量资金，开发不饱和聚脂模塑复合材料窨井盖生产线，产品分别经杭州市市政材料检测站和国家化学建筑材料测试中心检测，各项指标都达到国家标准。2003年，不饱和聚脂模塑复合材料窨井盖、铸铁窨井盖分别被浙江省质量技术监督局、浙江省建设材料管理协会评为“浙江省质量信得过产品”、“浙江省重点工程建设指定名优产品”。
